Sunil Hwang

Sunil has more than 8 years of professional experience, including accounting and auditing services in the life science, automotive, consumer goods, construction and hotel industries. He started his career as an auditor in Deloitte in Korea. He continued his career at KPMG located in New York and San Francisco. He has knowledge in IFRS / US GAAP and SOX compliance for the public company in the United States. He also holds experience at a furniture manufacturing company and was responsible for the monthly closing, planning, budget controls and risk management. Sunil earned his B.A. in Architecture Engineering and Business Administration from Yonsei University in Korea and is a licensed CPA both in Korea and the United States. He enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with his wife and baby girl.
